I just took a month off, and although I felt resistance to putting things down for an extended period of time, I am SO glad I did. I encourage you to give it a try…

I want to share with you the concept of pulling back in order to move forward - the bow & arrow effect.

Think about the energy that surrounds you when you're in a busy, scattered state of mind. Think about how much more present you can show up for your intentions when you take some time to settle and allow yourself to be in a completely different space mentally, physically, emotionally.

Moving from the neck up (thinking brain) to the neck down (feeling heart).

In the feeling of being in your body, grounded and steady.

The space to pull back so that you can propel forward 🏹
